The Exterminator gave us a free pest evaluation.

I have started to see large ants here and there so I called an Exterminator to come out and give us a free pest evaluation. He was the only Exterminator in our area that offered the pest evaluation for free. After the Exterminator completed the free pest evaluation he said that largest problem we were facing were carpenter ants. We had signs of a couple other minor pests but we had a lot of carpenter ants. The Exterminator explained how the carpenter ants should actually damage my home and I was amazed at what they could do. So I hired him on the spot to take care of our carpenter ants problem. I was lucky that I caught the carpenter ants problem before they were able to do any real damage.
